As a **Software Engineer** at Mercado Livre, you will design and scale innovative and secure systems that solve real-world, high-impact problems. Imagine\-yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being **responsible for:** * Participating in the development lifecycle of large-scale components/services that support telemetry data transport and generation for all of MELI's AI. * Contributing to vendor research and building solutions for visualizing generated telemetry signals. * Collaborating on transforming MELI's observability stack to vendor-neutral protocols and libraries (OpenTelemetry). * Working closely with various Cloud \& Platform and product teams to integrate new features into Fury. * Developing tools and mechanisms to manage the telemetry signal lifecycle for AI — from generation, transport, processing, to storage. * Collaborating on governance strategy to enable Mercado Livre to grow with a cost\-effective observability strategy. **What we’re looking for:** * Backend development experience with a focus on Go (we use a wide range of languages to support the entire MELI ecosystem). * Experience with MELI’s various observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Kibana, Grafana, etc. * Knowledge of agents, LLMs, MCPs, n8n. * Understanding of microservices architectures and their scalability. * Experience with cloud services and Kubernetes.
