The team is analytical, responsible, and detail-oriented, best integrating professionals with high concentration ability, autonomy, and technical expertise. **About the Opportunity** **What is essential to apply?** Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; Solid experience in tax matters (preferably over 5 years); Proficiency in calculating direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL); Experience with ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF, among others); In-depth knowledge of tax legislation; Experience with ERP systems (Sankhya), tax software, and advanced Excel; Experience working with companies under the Real Profit and Simples Nacional regimes; Proven track record of reducing tax risks, recovering tax credits, or improving tax processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree in Tax Management; Experience in external audits; Experience in tax planning; Ability to configure tax rules in ERP systems. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **What Are the Key Challenges?** Calculate and verify direct and indirect taxes; Submit and validate ancillary obligations within legal deadlines; Analyze and interpret current tax legislation; Conduct tax reviews and identify opportunities for tax credit recovery; Respond to tax inspections and audits; Perform tax and accounting reconciliations; Configure tax rules in ERP systems; Provide technical support to the accounting department and other areas; Monitor changes in tax legislation; Prepare management reports and technical opinions; Strategically reduce tax risks and contingencies. **What Do We Expect from This Professional?** High level of responsibility; Organization and discipline regarding legal deadlines; Advanced logical reasoning; High concentration ability; Critical analysis and sound technical judgment; Autonomy in performing routine tasks; Ethical conduct; Strong technical communication skills; Ability to work under pressure; Systemic understanding of tax impacts on business operations. **What Must Not Occur:** Recurring errors in ancillary obligations; Lack of organization regarding legal deadlines; Excessive dependence on supervision; Technical knowledge incompatible with a senior-level position; Failure to stay updated on tax legislation; Unethical or negligent behavior concerning tax information; Errors in tax calculation or failure to respond adequately to tax inspections. **What Do We Offer?** Salary: R$4.536,79; Career development plan; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance (R$ 20.00 per working day); Transportation voucher or fuel allowance; Life insurance; Pharmacy benefits; Structured technical environment.
