Job Summary: A network professional responsible for monitoring, identifying, and resolving incidents, configuring network devices, and providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor network availability and performance 2. Configure and manage routers, switches, and other networking equipment 3. Provide technical support for network infrastructure issues Responsibilities and Duties Monitor network availability and performance. Identify and resolve network incidents and failures. Configure and manage routers, switches, and other networking equipment. Document changes and maintain updated technical manuals. Provide technical support to resolve issues related to network infrastructure. Requirements Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WAN, LAN, and DDNS. Experience in remote customer support. Familiarity with network monitoring tools. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues. Education in IT or networking-related fields.
