Provide technical support to resolve issues related to network infrastructure. Requirements Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WAN, LAN, and DDNS. Experience in remote customer support. Familiarity with network monitoring tools. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues. Education in IT or networking-related fields.
