The Occupational Medicine Specialist will serve as a technical reference in highly complex processes, ensuring appropriate occupational health management, legal compliance, and quality of records and reports, with strong interaction with operational teams and partner departments. **Requirements:** **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct outpatient occupational health services, including occupational examinations and consultations; * Implement, develop, and coordinate the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program) and related documents; * Serve as a technical reference in highly complex Occupational Medicine processes; * Manage leave-of-absence processes, modified work assignments, professional rehabilitation, job reassignment, and reintegration; * Classify workplace accidents and assess the impact of ergonomic risks on workers’ health; * Provide technical support for legal matters related to occupational health; * Interact with and advise operational teams on Occupational Medicine practices and processes; * Ensure the quality of statistical records and reports from the department. **Requirements:** We expect you to have: * A completed undergraduate degree in Medicine with postgraduate specialization in Occupational Medicine; * Specialist Qualification Registration in Occupational Medicine issued by the competent medical council; * Experience conducting occupational examinations; * Knowledge of occupational health software; * Experience providing outpatient occupational health services. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):** * Experience coordinating the PCMSO; * Knowledge of complementary occupational health documents; * Experience in health promotion and quality-of-life programs; * Basic English proficiency; * Knowledge of information technology applied to occupational health. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
