




**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support to computer network users, including assembly, repairs, and configuration of equipment, as well as assistance with the use of available hardware and software; * Perform maintenance and upkeep of equipment; * Respond to user requests to resolve issues identified in hardware, software, and network systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical course in Information Technology, * Availability of schedule. * Provide support to computer network users, including assembly, repairs, and configuration of equipment, as well as assistance with the use of available hardware and software. * Perform maintenance and upkeep of equipment, informing the IT analyst about the need for repair or replacement. * Assemble equipment, deploy systems used by units, and train users on available applications, providing support in troubleshooting and user training. * Perform backups and other data security procedures. * Install upgrade software and make other adaptations/modifications to improve equipment performance. * Inform the IT analyst of incidents causing errors or interruptions in the system, obtaining guidance on how to resolve them in order to keep the system operational. * Respond to user requests to resolve issues detected in hardware, software, and network systems, assessing the nature of the problem, performing repairs, or informing the IT analyst about the need to engage specialized technical support for each specific issue, ensuring all equipment, software, applications, and network remain fully functional. * Provide guidance to users on the correct use of equipment and on the use of software and applications installed in the company environment. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and level of complexity and responsibility, according to instructions from superiors.
