PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution will be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Information Technology) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental care, psychological support, physiotherapy, and nutritional counseling; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium covered by the employee. 2\.1\. The required qualifications must be demonstrated through: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience delivering training or courses in Information Technology, Programming, and/or Network Maintenance. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be verified by: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and detailed description of duties; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, clearly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry title matches the requirement stated in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying tasks performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
