We offer Superflex Meal Card; Medical & Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Totalpass; Private Pension; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; Commuting Allowance; and more! **Location**: Vespasiano, Belo Horizonte **Responsibilities:** * Perform activities related to payroll administration and labor relations—including payroll processing, vacation management, terminations, homologations, social charges, and administration of interns, apprentices, and persons with disabilities—ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Ensure timely and accurate payment of social charges to avoid reprocessing and legal risks; * Execute payroll accounting reconciliation, ensuring integration with the accounting system; * Administer company-provided benefits, including medical and dental assistance, private pension, life insurance, and meal vouchers; * Represent the company during labor inspections, ensuring submission of required documentation; * Participate in the annual budget cycle, contributing personnel and compensation-related information; * Implement the company’s compensation policy to ensure market competitiveness; * Conduct salary evaluations for vertical and horizontal movements; * Manage the salary structure, monitoring market trends, updating job descriptions, and participating in compensation research and projects; * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and conventions, acting as liaison with unions and the legal department; * Lead job evaluations and reviews to ensure alignment with market standards and internal consistency; * Develop and update salary tables, pay bands, and promotion policies; * Monitor and propose improvements to corporate benefits based on benchmarking and supplier negotiations; * Ensure execution of personnel administration processes—including hiring, terminations, vacations, and payroll; * Prepare financial impact reports related to salary adjustments, bonuses, litigation, and headcount changes; * Build and monitor the personnel budget (forecast, income statement, provisions), ensuring data accuracy and supporting the finance function; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring process and documentation compliance. **Knowledge & Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Advanced English; * Spanish is a plus; * Experience in compensation and payroll processes; * Experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements. **Your Profile:** * Results-oriented; * Analytical mindset; * Collaborative; * Skilled negotiator. **Everything starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals to enable the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must evolve to serve a growing population.
