Has been operating in Brazil for over 10 years and employs approximately 250 professionals nationwide, delivering product development services to OEMs and automotive suppliers. **Job Description** * Perform impact simulations (frontal, side, rear, etc.) using CAE tools * Prepare finite element models (meshing, contacts, materials, boundary conditions) * Configure and run simulations using explicit solvers (e.g., PAMCRASH, LS\-DYNA) * Analyze results (intrusion, acceleration, energy, injury criteria, failure criteria, etc.) * Evaluate structural performance and propose countermeasures (engineering improvements) * Ensure compliance with vehicle safety requirements and protocols such as Euro NCAP, Latin NCAP, RCAR, etc. * Collaborate with product, physical testing, and other engineering teams (multidisciplinary teams) * Prepare clear and concise technical reports and presentations of results for clients Cooperate and communicate\-effectively with the team and client to provide technical assistance and support * **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace or related fields) * Minimum 3 years of CAE experience focused on vehicle safety (Safety) * Solid knowledge of Finite Element Method (FEM), material modeling, contact definitions, and nonlinearity * Experience with pre\-processing tools such as ANSA (preferred) or HyperMesh * Experience with post\-processing tools such as META (preferred) or HyperView * Experience with Safety\-related simulations: Crash, Pedestrian Protection, Occupant Protection, Rollover, Pendulum, etc. * Ability to interpret results (energy, acceleration, deformations) * Analytical, organized profile with strong problem\-solving focus * Advanced or fluent English Additional Assets: * Experience with other solvers (e.g., Abaqus, Nastran) * Experience with CAE\-physical test correlation * Programming/scripting (Python, TCL) * Familiarity with HPC environments (cluster or cloud) * Spanish **Additional Information** Work model (on\-site, hybrid, or remote) to be agreed upon.
