




Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for in-person and remote customer service, supporting cooperative members with financial products and services, and encouraging the use of digital channels. Incentives and guidance on using digital channels **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 17:30 (Lunch break: 1 hour) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Main Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and remote service to cooperative members, offering support and guidance regarding products, services, and electronic channels. Assist with account opening and maintenance, registration updates, and formalization of financial transactions. Support product and service proposals by conducting document verifications and inquiries. Encourage the use of digital channels, guiding cooperative members on the secure use of available tools. Support debt regularization and renegotiation processes, in accordance with internal policies. Collaborate with the branch team to achieve commercial goals and customer satisfaction targets. Identify and report atypical financial activities according to internal and regulatory standards. **Requirements:** Minimum Education: Completed high school. Preferred: Undergraduate studies in progress in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Previous experience in customer service or finance is desirable. Desired Knowledge: * Customer service and sales techniques. * Financial products and services. * Legislation applicable to the financial and cooperative sectors. * Basic understanding of Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
