Job Summary: An operational opportunity to provide customer service and support to cooperative members, assist with financial transactions, and promote digital channels in a collaborative environment. Key Highlights: 1. Provide support and guidance to cooperative members regarding products and services 2. Assist in formalizing financial transactions and updating registration information 3. Collaborate to achieve commercial goals and customer satisfaction **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 17:30 (Lunch break: 1 hour) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Main Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and remote service to cooperative members, offering support and guidance on products, services, and electronic channels. Assist with account opening and maintenance, registration updates, and formalization of financial transactions. Support product and service proposals by conducting document checks and verifications. Encourage the use of digital channels, guiding cooperative members on the secure use of tools. Support debt regularization and renegotiation in accordance with internal policies. Collaborate proactively with the branch team to help achieve commercial and satisfaction goals. Identify and report atypical financial activities in compliance with internal and regulatory standards. **Requirements:** Minimum Education: Completed high school. Preferred: Undergraduate studies in progress in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Prior experience in customer service or finance is desirable. Desired Knowledge: * Customer service and sales techniques. * Financial products and services. * Legislation governing the financial and cooperative sectors. * Basic understanding of Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
