




Job Summary: Work in recruitment and selection, onboarding, and training, with support in organizational climate and HR routine tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation throughout the recruitment and selection process 2. Support in onboarding, training, and organizational climate initiatives 3. Employee support and execution of HR routine tasks Assist in the entire R\&S process, including actively scheduling candidates, supporting interviews, and providing feedback to interviewees, ensuring timely closure of selection processes. Assist in onboarding and introductory training processes as scheduled. Conduct exit interviews, providing insights based on observed metrics. Support organizational climate initiatives according to the company's event calendar. Perform various HR-related tasks, such as collecting signatures, archiving documents, and assisting employees. Desired: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management. Proven work experience (with formal employment record). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct interviews and train employees. Proactive profile.
