**Administrative Assistant – Human Resources**
Are you organized, communicative, and seeking growth in the Human Resources field? We are looking for a proactive **HR Administrative Assistant**, with experience in Recruitment and Selection and a generalist background, to support the building of high-performance teams and strengthen organizational culture.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Personnel Administration**
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date functional documentation.
* Assist with time tracking, benefits administration, and payroll processing in coordination with the Personnel Department.
* Provide telephone support and assist with routine administrative tasks.
* Manage procurement, organization, and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
**Recruitment and Selection**
* Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
* Support the administration of assessments and group dynamics.
* Participate in new employee onboarding processes.
**Training and Development**
* Organize internal and external training sessions.
* Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership.
* Monitor performance and support professional development programs.
**Organizational Climate and Engagement**
* Participate in climate surveys and engagement initiatives.
* Support internal marketing and internal communication activities.
* Contribute to employee recognition and appreciation programs.
**Communication and Organizational Culture**
* Facilitate cross-departmental communication, especially with production teams.
* Act in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Promote an ethical, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, HR, or related fields currently in progress is preferred).
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong communication skills, empathy, organizational ability, and active listening.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining ethical and consultative conduct.
* Prior experience in administrative or HR routines is considered a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience managing PPE and employee onboarding.
* Experience in industrial or production environments.
* Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Gupy, Kenoby).
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
* Experience with HR management systems and productivity tools.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: R$1.770,00 – R$3.000,00 per month
