Production Supervisor

*Production Supervisor* **Responsibilities:** * Receive from the previous shift the list of equipment in operation and report their availability to the immediate supervisor; * Monitor equipment activities in the field, recording services underway, personnel operating the equipment, start and end times of machine and equipment working hours, downtime hours, and reasons for stoppages; manage bus routes to ensure service control and measurement, enabling cost calculation and allocation; * Maintain weekly labor control records, including number of employees, their roles, types of work, shifts, start and end times of work shifts, working hours, and downtime hours, among other data; date, sign, and submit these records to the responsible person for cost and productivity analysis; * Monthly tally total working hours per project and enter them into the system to generate cost reports, verifying whether targets are being met (profit and/or loss); **Requirements:** Completed high school education Experience with administrative routines Prior experience in this role is a plus **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 07:00–17:00; Friday: 07:00–16:00 **Benefits:** Meal or Food Allowance – BRL 28.00 per workday Health Insurance – extendable to dependents Dental Insurance – extendable to dependents Transportation Allowance – 1% payroll deduction Charter Bus – Departing from Eldorado Station or Nova Contagem Wellhub – Gym discount Life Insurance Dr. Alper – Online medical consultation app Platforms offering various free courses Partnerships with multiple universities Interested candidates should send their resumes to the following email address: **andreza.aguiar@lafaete.com.br** Salary: BRL 1,969.10 – BRL 1,969.11 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
