It offers services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Promote and disseminate institutional information to partners, donors, and potential supporters, ensuring clear, strategic communication aligned with institutional values. Engage, establish, and strengthen relationships with diverse partner and/or donor audiences—both individuals and legal entities—ensuring continuous, high-quality engagement. Consistently work to enhance and reinforce the brand/institution’s reputation among the Network of Friends, partner institutions, and individual donors. Participate in events, meetings, and resource mobilization and partnership promotion initiatives, especially within the Third Sector. Develop, update, and manage databases of partner institutions, organizations, and individuals, ensuring data organization, reliability, and timeliness. Monitor, track, and analyze outcomes and impacts of resource mobilization activities, proposing ongoing adjustments and improvements. Develop strategic plans for resource mobilization activities, including goal setting, timelines, strategies, and performance indicators. Accompany partners and donors during institutional visits, promoting transparency, engagement, and strengthening institutional ties. Prepare periodic reports on sectoral indicators, outcomes, and activities related to resource mobilization, supporting institutional management and decision-making. Conduct visits to parliamentary offices to pursue parliamentary amendments, as well as monitor related procurement processes. Comply with—and ensure compliance with—applicable legislation, regulations, standards, values, and institutional projects within one’s area of responsibility. Prepare vacation/leave schedules and time-banking systems, managing absenteeism and turnover indicators, as well as occupational risks for one’s team. Manage area-specific processes in coordination with other departments and leadership to achieve institutional results. Evaluate and monitor staff performance under the “Competency-Based Management” model, tracking action plans to prevent deadline expirations and recording consistent feedback per the institution’s adopted standard; Perform other duties inherent to the role or as requested by the immediate supervisor, according to institutional needs. Previous experience as a Resource Mobilization Consultant, Project Analyst, Financing Specialist, or Partnership Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
