Plan and execute continuous improvement strategies **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Administer and maintain network and server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security. * Implement, configure, and manage information security solutions, including EDR (CrowdStrike), Active Directory, UTM Fortinet, and firewall policies. * Configure and optimize security policies, network traffic monitoring, and analysis. * Manage device management platforms (UEM – Workspace ONE), promoting integration, standardization, and automation. * Plan and execute continuous infrastructure improvement strategies, including hardware and software upgrades. * Lead system and network environment migration, modernization, and integration projects. * Conduct risk assessments and security audits, proposing mitigation plans and improvements. * Collaborate with Information Security teams to implement robust policies and controls. * Provide technical mentoring and support to junior team members, contributing to the team’s technical development. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Experience in network administration, infrastructure, and information security. * Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory, print servers, and CPU/GPU-based servers. * Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security technologies. * Practical experience with network traffic monitoring and analysis tools. * Proven experience with EDR, UEM, and UTM solutions, including expertise in CrowdStrike, Workspace ONE, and Fortinet. * Experience designing, implementing, and managing complex corporate networks. * Knowledge of network protocols and information security best practices. * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues. * Technical leadership skills and experience managing IT projects. * Specialization and/or certifications in network and systems security. * Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalents. * Intermediate or advanced English and Portuguese, with technical communication ability. **Desirable Requirements:** * Additional certifications in specific technologies (e.g., Fortinet NSE, VMware VCP). * Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell). * Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure). * Ability to communicate clearly and deliver technical presentations, conducting trainings and workshops. **Benefits:** Length-of-Service Bonus, Childcare Assistance, Education Assistance, Pharmacy Network Agreement, Health Insurance – Unimed Plan, Dental Insurance – Uniodonto, Private Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, WellHub
