Join the team leading logistics across Latin America, delivering world-class customized solutions and integrating local and regional carriers through borderless commerce. **We’re looking for people who:** * Embody entrepreneurial energy: driven by curiosity, never giving up, and focused on surpassing their own limits. * Give their all because they love working with commitment and dedication. * Embrace change as an opportunity and learn from their mistakes. * Prioritize excellence and execution in everything they do. * Foster a positive atmosphere, joy, and fun. * Know how to collaborate with others and enjoy working in teams. **Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, responsible for:** * Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on processes, losses, and inconsistencies, proposing and coordinating improvement projects with related departments. * Consolidating loss and damage data for daily decision-making, identifying trends using methodologies and studies with intensive use of Artificial Intelligence. * Auditing and analyzing operational processes, implementing improvements and reviewing procedures in collaboration with other departments. * Providing operational support to Asset Security, Monitoring, and Loss Prevention teams. * Conducting site visits (Gemba walks) and interacting with Operations departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Logistics, Systems Analysis and Development, Statistics/Mathematics, or related fields. * Prior experience in similar roles covering Logistics Processes, Security, Data/Indicator Analysis and Management, Continuous Improvement, Investigations, Quality, Inventory, and Operations. * Solid knowledge of G-Suite tools (Google Sheets/Docs/Presentation, Looker Studio, among others). * Experience with dashboards (Data/Looker Studio and Power BI), SQL, and code-based applications such as AppSheet, BigQuery, Python, indicator management, report generation, and Lean methodology is a plus. * Availability to work onsite in Cotia/SP, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with weekend shift coverage availability. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to be the protagonist of your development in an environment rich in opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and learning alongside excellent professionals and experts. * An outstanding work environment with everything you need for an exceptional experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates requesting payment in exchange for job opportunities.
