Remote access and customer contact for incident analysis **Junior Software Development Analyst** ============================================== TOTVS | Belo Horizonte - MG | Hybrid Job Description Work in the **Platform Support and Sustainment** department, providing BSO (Business Software Outsourcing) sustainment services for customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. Responsibilities and Duties * Maintain customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. * Provide technical support for customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. * Develop and maintain automation of internal tools. * Ensure version compatibility of customizations developed for the TOTVS RM product line. * Develop evolutionary improvements to customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. * Handle requests via our service desk, adhering to deadlines and service-level agreements. * Perform remote access and telephone contact with customers for incident, problem, and request analysis. * Conduct functional and system testing on customizations. * Prepare technical documentation and specifications. * Perform customization assessments. * Interact with customers to negotiate delivery timelines for service requests. * Participate in customer and internal meetings to map scenarios and requirements. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
