Within this area, these teams manage the company’s receivables processes, enabling Electrolux to continue delivering exceptional consumer experiences. **What you’ll do:** As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will handle operations for small-, medium-, and large-sized customers across Latin American countries, monitor the proactive collections process in coordination with external agencies, and ensure effective oversight of the portfolio under your responsibility. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring the collections process, ensuring portfolios under your responsibility are effectively tracked and managed. * Ensuring contact information for customers—especially email addresses—is up to date, to guarantee proper receipt of collections communications. * Directly managing the accounts receivable portfolio, confirming payment forecasts with customers and processing payments via checks and bank transfers. * Responding to internal platform tickets, processing requests within the agreed service-level agreement (SLA) timeframe, and maintaining clear, concise communication with involved departments. * Performing reconciliations of portfolio discrepancies, analyzing reconcilable items daily and executing corresponding write-offs. * Monitoring cash flow related to receivables, ensuring amounts are processed within agreed timelines. * Mapping and organizing past-due discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy in the system to facilitate collections and reporting. * Resolving past-due discrepancies in partnership with departments such as Commercial, Logistics, and Tax, promoting settlement of outstanding amounts. As part of our continuous improvement culture, you will participate in Lean Thinking (EMS / EAI) projects and activities. **Who you are:** You have: * An ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in financial routines and accounts receivable management; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Intermediate Spanish; Advanced Spanish is a plus. **Where you’ll be:** You’ll work at the Curitiba Office Park, our administrative office in Curitiba.
