Job Summary: Inside sales and customer service professional, focused on preparing proposals, tracking quotations, and market development. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and preparation of commercial proposals 2. Support in developing proposals and market reports 3. Experience in inside sales and management software is desirable Customer service, drafting email responses to quotations, sales via procurement portals and electronic auctions, customer/product/service registration, initiating sales processes and production orders, follow-up on quotations, and production monitoring. Provide support in developing commercial proposals and prepare reports on market trends, demand, and competitors. Experience in commercial departments and inside sales is desirable. Knowledge of sales management software. Good verbal fluency and client negotiation skills. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Canva knowledge is desirable. Social media corporate account monitoring and posting skills are desirable. Content creation skills for social media posts are desirable.
