Lead and engage with high-end partners and customers BRT Lounges is hiring an Operational Supervisor to work in our VIP lounge at the airport. We seek a professional with experience in team management and premium service, ensuring operational excellence of the lounge. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the team and ensure a high standard of customer service; * Monitor lounge organization, cleanliness, and maintenance; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and airport regulations; * Manage access control and passenger flow; * Administer inventory of food, beverages, and amenities; * Engage with airlines, suppliers, and other partners; * Address requests and ensure customer satisfaction; * Prepare operational reports and propose continuous improvements. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in operational management, hospitality, airports, or hotel industry; * Ability to lead teams and interact with high-end customers; * Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus); * Knowledge of operational processes and quality control; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Comprehensive benefits package; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.695,20 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
