We are seeking a Manager to lead multiple units at Confins Airport, ensuring operational excellence and driving sustainable growth of our operation. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Management:** Supervise multiple units, translating goals into practical routines and analyzing income statements (DRE) and performance reports. * **Financial Control:** Manage budget, cost of goods sold (CMV), average ticket value, and productivity; lead action plans for underperforming units. * **People Management:** Recruit, train, and develop teams (waiters, cooks, and cashiers), promoting FIT Group’s culture of discipline and energy. * **Operational Excellence:** Ensure cleanliness standards (ANVISA), food safety, inventory control, and audits. * **Daily Routine:** Conduct daily alignment meetings, monitor service quality, and directly handle customer feedback. **Additional Information:** * **Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off (availability for morning, afternoon, or night shifts). * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance + On-site Meal Benefit + **Monthly performance-based variable pay**. * **Work Location:** Units located within Confins Airport. * **Salary:** R$ 4.223,09 per month * **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) \- Also open to candidates with disabilities (PcD) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4.223,09 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
