The role involves in-person customer service for selling cakes, sweets, savory snacks, beverages, and related items. It also includes phone, WhatsApp, and online platform (e.g., iFood) customer service. Additionally, maintaining, organizing, and cleaning the customer service area, shop floor, and cake and beverage display cases is required. Restocking items such as candles, beverages, and savory snacks. No prior experience required.
