Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining internal and external areas, equipment maintenance, and material control to ensure workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Perform cleaning and maintenance of various areas of the company. 2. Properly maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. 3. Work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Cleaning and Maintenance: Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks in the company's internal and external areas, including restrooms, gymnasium, and common areas. Equipment Maintenance: Use and properly maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Organization: Ensure spaces are organized and in good condition for use. Material Control: Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request replenishment when necessary. Safety: Follow all established safety regulations and work procedures. Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance is preferred but not mandatory. Good physical stamina and skills for performing cleaning tasks.
