Check below for more details about the **Field Specialist** role. **Responsibilities and duties** ----------------------------------- **You will:*** Conduct periodic technical visits to farms to monitor the operation of irrigation systems. * Evaluate the performance of center pivots, weather stations, and automation devices. * Identify operational failures, propose corrections, and perform basic system adjustments when necessary. * Support the recommendation and validation of irrigation strategies based on agronomic indicators and the farm’s production goals. * Monitor crop cycles and agricultural management, proposing irrigation-related improvement actions. * Train operators, technicians, and rural managers on using the company’s digital systems and tools. * Provide on-site technical support focused on ensuring customer autonomy in using our solutions. * Collect field data and feed technical monitoring systems. * Communicate possible adjustments in planning, support, or technical infrastructure to the internal team. **Requirements and qualifications** ------------------------------ **You must have:*** Technical or university degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, Animal and Plant Science, or related fields. * Technical knowledge of irrigation systems, hydraulics, agronomy, or related areas. * Ability to use field measurement tools and equipment, such as flow meters and weather stations. * Skill in interpreting performance data and conducting critical analyses. * Familiarity with environmental regulations and legal requirements applicable to irrigation and water resource use. * Time management, planning, and organizational skills. * Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel. **Additional information** -------------------------- **You will receive:** Health insurance Dental insurance Birthday day off Extended paternity or maternity leave Flexible working hours Education allowance Childcare allowance for children up to 2 years old Support allowance for parents of children with special needs Life insurance Meal voucher Wellhub
