The candidate will develop robust automations using Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud) and other automation solutions, participating in national and international projects. Beyond low-code automations, we seek someone interested in evolving toward cloud solutions and pro-code development. **Your Main Responsibilities** * Contribute to the automation development lifecycle. * Map processes (AS\-IS and TO\-BE) and propose digital solutions to optimize workflows; * Support and enhance automations, ensuring stability and performance; * Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration between technical and business areas. * Contribute to DevOps pipelines, supporting automation and continuous integration practices; * Interest and openness to learning Azure technologies and programming languages; * Support platform evolution by contributing to best practices, architecture, standards, and Power Platform governance. **Requirements** * Advanced English **\-** mandatory for international projects. * Experience with RPA tools — Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud); * Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL); * Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); * Experience integrating with APIs; * End\-to\-end RPA project execution, acting as the focal point between technical and business areas; * Process mapping and documentation development; * Knowledge of best practices for RPA project development; * Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban); * Programming language knowledge (Python, C\#). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SAP automations; * Certifications in RPA tools (Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere); * Cloud knowledge (preferably Azure); * Experience in projects involving AI; * Experience with Power Platform governance. **How Does Our Selection Process Work?** Our selection process consists of multiple elimination stages, which may include interviews, technical assessments, psychometric evaluations, medical exams, and other necessary steps to ensure optimal alignment between your profile and the role’s challenges.
