Structural diligence and assurance of environments in perfect condition **JOB:** MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN \| HOTEL **Location:** Governador Valadares/MG **Employment Type:** CLT \| On-site We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you have experience in general repairs and are looking for an opportunity with an excellent working schedule in Governador Valadares, this position is for you! Compensation **Salary:** R$ 2\.848,40 (Composition: R$ 2\.200,00 base \+ R$ 648,40 additional). Working Hours Monday to Friday. **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Lunch Break:** 2 hours. Main Responsibilities **Painting and Finishing:** Perform touch-ups and painting of walls and ceilings as required. **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Repair electrical and hydraulic systems. **Building Repairs:** Carry out minor repairs on furniture, doors, and common areas of the hotel. **Structural Diligence:** Ensure all environments and guest rooms are maintained in perfect condition for guests. Requirements Proven experience in general maintenance and painting. Practical knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented profile. Advantages Previous experience in hotels, guesthouses, or condominiums. Technical course in maintenance-related fields. **Minimum Education Level:** Elementary School (1st level)
