Data analysis for mailing strategies **Please carefully review the activity description and apply only if you possess the required experience.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create and update operational reports; * Engage vendors to resolve technical issues or improve processes; * Monitor dashboards to ensure accurate information updates; * Activate and configure the dialer for agent operations; * Manage and upload mailings to enable automated calling campaigns; * Monitor operations (dialing, queues, pauses, call duration, and call losses); * Extract and analyze databases according to operational demands; * Define mailing strategies to optimize results in Collections and Enrollment operations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience with dialers, customer service KPIs, and planning reports; * Intermediate Excel and dialer proficiency; ?
