Logistics performance indicator analysis and problem resolution **LOGISTICS ANALYST – DELIVERY ROUTE PLANNING** **Location:** Contagem/MG (Near CEASA MINAS region) **Work Mode:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT \| Full-time **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a **Logistics Analyst focused on delivery route planning**, responsible for planning, optimizing, and monitoring delivery routes to ensure operational efficiency, cost reduction, and adherence to delivery deadlines. This position is strategic to operations, directly contributing to continuous improvement of logistics processes and supporting the distribution team. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and optimize delivery routes, considering capacity, deadlines, and service areas * Perform daily fleet route planning to maximize resource utilization * Monitor and track deliveries to ensure SLA compliance * Analyze logistics KPIs (service level, cost per delivery, productivity, etc.) * Identify opportunities to improve distribution processes * Handle logistics incidents (delays, returns, inconsistencies) * Ensure proper use of route planning and tracking systems * Support driver management and coordination with transport providers * Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Operations teams **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in delivery route planning or logistics operations * Knowledge of route planning and fleet monitoring tools * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Analytical, organized profile with strong problem-solving focus * Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary * Meal Allowance * Basic Food Basket * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Wellhub/Gympass Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
