**Responsibilities and duties**
* Guide the preparation of credit proposals and, when necessary, the formation of **PCA (Abnormal Course Proposal), Enforcement, and Protest** processes, ensuring compliance and operational security.
* Direct branches in identifying the highest overdue risks, contributing to minimizing the impact of **PDD (Provision for Doubtful Debtors)**.
* Assist branches in achieving targets and implementing credit recovery and member retention strategies, reinforcing preventive measures and optimizing collection costs.
* Monitor delinquency indicators and support managers in developing and executing **credit recovery strategies**.
* Monitor the credit portfolio, project risks, and propose solutions to mitigate potential financial losses.
* Make direct contact with members when necessary, conducting negotiations with a cooperative, respectful attitude focused on sustainable solutions.
* Maintain communication with law firms, monitoring judicial collections and participating in settlement negotiations according to current collection policy and guidelines.
* Execute renegotiation requests considering **risk level, payment capacity, guarantees, and formal requirements**, issuing opinions and indicators.
* Prepare follow-up reports and indicators for presentation to management and other departments involved in portfolio and credit recovery management.
* Provide support to directors and managers in analyzing credit and collection information, proposing action plans when necessary.
* Act as a technical reference, **guiding and training branch teams** in recovery, prevention, and credit management practices.
* Promote integration across departments and encourage a collaborative environment, aligning practices and consolidating Cresol's culture of close and respectful relationships with members.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Specialization in the field;
* Good communication skills, ethics, professionalism, ease of interaction, relationship-building, and teamwork;
* Availability for travel, meetings, and courses;
* CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification;
* Class B driver's license for external activities.
