* Listen to, understand, resolve, and/or escalate customer issues;
* Provide in-person customer service while complying with sector-specific standards;
* Open service orders in the service management system;
* Identify customer complaints and resolve or escalate them for resolution;
* Serve customers clearly and aim to provide immediate solutions to their problems, preventing further complaints;
* Serve customers in accordance with legislation, current procedures, and available channels (traditional and digital);
* Negotiate and renegotiate debts;
* Keep the service management system up to date;
* Organize and control data on executed services, evaluating performance at service agencies;
* Monitor service agency activity indicators.

* Completed high school education;
* Knowledge and skills with technological tools (apps, websites, Microsoft Teams);
* Knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
