Maximizing profitability and customer retention **JOB DESCRIPTION** **RELATIONSHIP MANAGER** Responsible for managing the local unit, building trustworthy relationships with our customers and partners, leading the team—including monitoring and guiding staff on proper procedures. Also responsible for service sales processes through relevant negotiations, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, as well as maximizing unit profitability. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Monitor customer service to ensure compliance with the network's service standards; Support customer and partner prospecting activities; Take ownership of the service sales process through relevant negotiations, presentation of value propositions and payment terms, use of sales techniques, and formalization of service provision contracts; Perform cash opening and closing procedures; Participate in post\-sale activities and customer relationship management; Carry out and supervise start\-of\-day and end\-of\-day procedures; Track commercial goals and performance indicators. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Reside in Campina Grande/PB Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or Human Resources. Previous experience in sales, customer service, commercial management, and people management.
