




Job Summary: The Laboratory Assistant supports laboratory activities by preparing materials, organizing equipment, collecting and analyzing samples under supervision, and adhering to procedures and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in the preparation and organization of laboratory materials and equipment. 2. Collects and analyzes samples, following quality and safety standards. 3. Collaborates with the technical team and participates in continuous training. The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for supporting laboratory activities, including preparing materials, organizing equipment, collecting and analyzing samples. Works under the supervision of a more experienced professional, following procedures and safety standards. * Prepare materials and reagents for laboratory analyses. * Organize and clean laboratory equipment and materials. * Collect biological samples following quality procedures (PNCQ). * Assist in performing laboratory tests and analyses under supervision. * Record and document analysis results / spreadsheets. * Maintain an organized and clean laboratory, following safety and biosafety standards. * Assist in equipment calibration and maintenance. * Participate in training and capacity-building activities related to laboratory operations. * Collaborate with the technical team in executing projects and research. * Follow internal laboratory standards and procedures to ensure result quality and reliability.
