Grow with us! **\#JoinMotz** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Assist drivers in resolving daily issues (via phone, WhatsApp, and in person). * Conduct market research at driver gathering points to collect market intelligence. * Recruit and register new drivers. * Support analysis of independent drivers’ performance and efficiency. * Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve systemic issues. * Support daily service schedule management. * Conduct necessary analyses by retrieving data from internal databases. * Register drivers and vehicles. * Assist drivers with trip bookings and interface with related applications. * Cross-check inventory against the daily schedule for dissemination to drivers. * Monitor the driver’s journey—from registration through trip settlement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do we expect from you?** * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Proficiency in Excel; * Experience in customer relationship management; * Adaptability to dynamic environments. **Before anything else, you’ll stand out exceptionally well on our team if you have:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in logistics or related fields; * Familiarity with TMS systems; * Prior experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or related areas. **Additional Information** This is a fully on-site position in Sobral \- CE.
