We are seeking an **FWA Operator** to collect geographic location information for installation and maintenance of services, retrieve equipment in cases of service cancellation, and update registration records with customer-provided data—such as phone numbers and new addresses. Additionally, the operator clarifies billing-related questions and provides guidance for customer reactivation, ensuring effective service delivery and necessary support for uninterrupted FWA service.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Drive company vehicles when necessary;
* Perform other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction;
* Perform initial and reconfiguration of FWA equipment, ensuring proper operational status and alignment with company technical standards, and provide basic technical support to resolve connectivity and service performance issues;
* Deliver bills to customers when necessary;
* Collect and enter geographic location information into the internal mapping system;
* Clarify customer inquiries when necessary;
* Visit registered addresses to negotiate outstanding debts, aiming to retain customers and reactivate services;
* Collect customer data—including phone numbers and new addresses—for registration updates;
* In case of service cancellation, retrieve Brisanet product equipment, return equipment to inventory, and request customer signature on the Equipment Retrieval Form when required.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic knowledge of telecommunications, networking, or related fields;
* Familiarity with local geography;
* Customer service experience.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Defensive driving certification;
* Google tools (Sheets, Docs)
