Employee assistance on labor-related matters Support and execute operational routines of the Personnel Department and Human Resources, ensuring organization, deadline compliance, labor law adherence, and efficient employee support. **Responsibilities and Duties** MAIN ACTIVITIES: * Support Personnel Department routines, monitoring deadlines and managing administrative procedures related to hiring, termination, and contractual changes. * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of timekeeping records, working hours control, and hour bank. * Draft and organize internal documentation, such as policies, notices, internal regulations, corporate policies, etc. * Process payroll jointly with the Accounting Department, performing verifications, validations, and information submission. * Provide employee assistance to clarify questions regarding pay slips, vacations, benefits, hour bank, internal policies, and other labor-related matters. * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in Personnel Department and HR. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. **Additional Information** COMPENSATION: * Fixed salary. * Benefits. * Access to the Wellhub platform (formerly Gympass). * Performance-based bonus.
