Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Madureira Hub – Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Responsibilities: Provide human-centered support to students requesting course suspension, cancellation, or transfer, aiming to reverse such situations: Through phone and WhatsApp communications; Negotiate, argue, and apply institutional policies focused on student retention; Analyze student requests and offer existing services within the institution; Analyze student performance to promote and implement actions and projects aimed at student development and retention; Requirements: Completed high school education; Proficiency in using computer systems; Experience in customer service; Negotiation-oriented profile. Reside very close to Irajá (one commute to go and one to return).
