Here, we feel comfortable being ourselves! **What are the main responsibilities of this role?** * Lead the end-to-end accounting function, coordinating monthly closings, internal and external audits, and regulatory reporting, ensuring information quality, deadline compliance, and process efficiency. * Manage and review accounting reconciliations, ensuring integrity, traceability, and adherence to accounting and regulatory standards, with critical data analysis to identify deviations and improvement opportunities. * Strategically support internal and external audits by providing technical assistance, leading accounting clarifications, and ensuring consistency and reliability of information. * Coordinate the preparation of Financial Statements and the Balance Sheet publication process, ensuring regulatory compliance, clarity of analyses, and alignment with stakeholders. * Ensure reconciliation and consistency between official and accounting records, guaranteeing reliability of information reported to regulatory bodies and management. * Demonstrate technical proficiency in completing and validating the FIP and statistical tables, ensuring full compliance with SUSEP requirements. * Conduct the accounting closing with analytical insight and a continuous improvement focus, proposing automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency gains. **What qualifications are required?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC). * Solid experience in accounting applied to the insurance sector. * In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and practices specific to insurers. * Experience preparing and submitting regulatory reports to SUSEP. * Knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements for the insurance market. * Experience in people management, with emphasis on team development, engagement, and performance. * Ability to map, structure, and optimize accounting processes. * Orientation toward automation and continuous improvement, with interest in technological solutions and system integration. * Ability to organize and provide accounting information for internal and external audits. * Knowledge of internal controls and corporate governance practices. * Technical confidence to respond to inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in digital transformation projects or implementation of accounting systems. * Knowledge of BI tools and data analysis. **What do we offer?** * Career growth and development opportunities; * A team of technical excellence focused on continuous improvement and innovation; * Performance-based profit-sharing program; * Differentiated benefits; * A light, relaxed, and flexible work environment; * Hybrid work model; * Freedom to be yourself.
