The **Senior Quality Analyst** is responsible for ensuring the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing compliance with ISO 9001, promoting process efficiency, risk management, and supporting decision-making. Contributing to the consolidation of a quality culture, the role may also involve other related activities compatible with the nature of the position and the demands of the Quality department. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement, maintain, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS). * Plan and conduct internal audits, prepare technical reports, and monitor action plans. * Monitor process compliance with standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. * Perform organizational process mapping, analysis, and improvement. * Apply corporate risk management methodologies and support compliance practices. * Conduct root cause analyses and address non-conformities using quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Develop and monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare managerial dashboards and analytical reports to support leadership. * Support improvements based on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. * Participate in configuration and monitoring of quality modules within ERP systems. * Deliver training and promote quality culture across the organization. **Technical Requirements** * Proficiency in ISO 9001 and internal audit methodologies. * In-depth knowledge of QMS processes. * Experience in process mapping and risk management. * Familiarity with quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). * Experience with computerized management systems (ERP and quality modules). * Ability to develop dashboards and analyze data. **Education and Experience** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields). * Postgraduate specialization in Quality Management, Processes, or related areas is desirable. * Proven experience in implementing and maintaining QMS or ISO 9001. * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
