Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Fiber Optic Installation Technician to install, deploy, and maintain optical networks (GPON), ensuring service quality and reliability for B2B and B2C customers. Work in B2B and B2C environments **About the Position:** We seek a Junior Fiber Optic Installation Technician responsible for installing, deploying, and maintaining GPON optical networks, aiming to ensure service quality, continuity, and reliability delivered to end customers (B2B and B2C), supporting operational excellence and company network expansion. **Responsibilities:** Read and implement network installation project plans; Install, deploy, and maintain GPON networks, including surveys, infrastructure construction, and fiber cable routing; Perform end-to-end optical testing, detection and splicing of broken fibers, and optical cable preparation; Install, configure, and maintain internal networks for residential and corporate clients; Identify network breaks and perform repairs; Properly mark work areas and use PPE according to regulations; Supervise and guide Level I technicians on technical procedures and safety protocols; **Mandatory Requirements:** Minimum Education: Completed vocational high school (Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields) **Desirable Requirements (preferred qualifications):** Mandatory certifications: NR 10, NR 33, and NR 35Risk level: Exposure to hazardous activities (30%) **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Medical and dental assistance * Life insurance * TotalPass (access to wellness platform and exclusive benefits) * Free internal courses with certificates * Partnerships with educational institutions * Exclusive discount on COMM website * Birthday day off **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) and alternate Saturdays (same hours) under a 6x1 shift rotation
