Maintenance of material and equipment integrity **Job Description** The professional will be responsible for ensuring site security by controlling personnel and vehicle access, preventing theft and vandalism, and safeguarding assets. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and service providers * Conduct periodic patrols across the construction site * Observe suspicious activities and report incidents * Safeguard construction materials, tools, and equipment * Log incidents in a register or system * Support site organization and security **Prerequisites** * Completed elementary education * Prior experience as a guard, doorman, or in related fields (preferred) * Flexible availability (including night shifts, weekends, or rotating schedules) * Strong communication skills and attentiveness * Commitment and responsibility * Residing near the construction site (advantageous) **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and observation skills * Discipline * Ethical conduct * Proactivity Compensation: starting from R$2.031,57 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
