Job Summary: An Operations Manager with a systemic vision and experience in the Medical Devices sector to optimize the product lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead end-to-end operations in the Medical Devices sector 2. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and ANVISA RDCs 3. Develop and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement Position: Operations Manager \- GENIUS MEDTECH Description: We are seeking a professional with a systemic vision and solid experience in the Medical Devices sector. This manager will be the core of our operations, ensuring that the product lifecycle — from development in Projects through to final delivery by Production — proceeds with maximum efficiency, regulatory quality, and strict adherence to timelines (Lead Time). Responsibilities: * Manage the full Lead Time flow, eliminating bottlenecks among project engineering, procurement, and production line; * Supervise PCP (Production Planning and Control), ensuring material supply and fulfillment of work orders; * Lead the Production team, ensuring achievement of volume targets and medical quality standards; * Operate safely in procurement and import processes; * Facilitate cross-departmental integration, ensuring new projects are technically viable for large-scale production; * Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and ANVISA RDCs; * Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs and Projects departments to ensure adherence to established deadlines; * Align with the Quality department to guarantee correct process execution and schedule compliance; * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous operational improvements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical), Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in the Medical Devices sector (mandatory); strong knowledge of Project Management and Lean Manufacturing; * Familiarity with project and production management software; proficiency in PCP processes and industrial performance metrics; * In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Operations Management or Project Management; * Technical English for reading international standards and specifications; analytical mindset, strategic leadership, and strong cross-functional integration capability.
