This role is strategically critical within operations, responsible for coordinating the dining room, maintaining high service standards, and integrating service delivery with the restaurant's concept. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the restaurant team * Organize and conduct daily briefings with the team * Ensure service standards align with the restaurant's positioning * Greet customers and manage reservation and waiting lists * Continuously train the team (service procedures, professional conduct, customer approach, and product knowledge) * Directly shape the customer experience during service and perform all other duties pertinent to the role. **Training \& Development** * Train new employees (onboarding and house standards) * Develop the current team with focus on excellence and consistency * Ensure the team is prepared to deliver a memorable experience **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Maître or dining room supervisor * Experience in mid-to-high-end restaurants, bars, or hotels * Wine knowledge (a relevant advantage) * Leadership, organizational, and proactive profile * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor **Preferred Qualifications** * Education or courses in hospitality-related fields * Restaurant experience **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** * Food allowance * Dental plan * Health insurance * Life insurance * Workplace gymnastics * English classes * Transportation allowance * Psychoanalytic therapy sessions * Free parking * Birthday day off **Selection Questions:** * Wine knowledge?
