Participate in cost-reduction initiatives and innovation projects. **Position Summary** --------------------- Location: Araras\-SP Area: Nescafé Manufacturing Reporting To: Nescafé Supervision **Working Hours: 11:40 AM to 8:50 PM and 5:00 PM to 2:10 AM \| 6-day work schedule with 2 days off** **A Day in the Life of...** ------------------------ Operate equipment according to your role or perform tasks at similar complexity levels, following all instructions. Meet production and manufacturing plans while ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and adherence to process parameters. Resolve routine issues and/or implement improvements; share knowledge; understand and propose actions for key performance indicators—such as corrective and preventive actions—and escalate to the support chain when necessary; identify abnormalities and resolve minor repairs; perform product/format changeovers, cleaning, inspections, and lubrication—all while safeguarding product quality, employee safety, and sustainability. 01\. Production, Maintenance, and Planned Activities: Operate equipment to meet production targets and adjust operational parameters as needed for proper equipment functioning. Carry out daily planned activities (e.g., inspection standards, lubrication, product/format changeovers, minor repairs) to prevent failures and rework. 02\. Safety, Quality, and Sustainability Practices: Follow safety and health instructions and participate in prevention programs to strengthen a culture of accident prevention; Follow food safety and quality instructions—including sampling, testing, and process/product controls—to prevent internal or external dissatisfaction or losses; Follow sustainability instructions to avoid environmental impacts. 03\. Performance: Participate in cost-reduction and performance-improvement initiatives to enhance company competitiveness; Apply analytical tools, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies for processes, people, and products—enabling operator autonomy in process operation and product manufacturing; Record and analyze production data to monitor and support performance projects and productivity indicators; 04\. Projects: Execute trial orders and production plans for industrial testing to support feasibility analysis of Innovation and Renewal projects.
