




You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing digital sales strategies, ensuring sustainable growth of the online channel. * Set revenue, margin, and growth targets for each marketplace. * Manage the team responsible for product listings, advertisements, customer service, logistics, and after-sales support. * Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, internal SEO, pricing, shipping costs). * Plan and execute paid campaigns (Ads) within the platforms. * Monitor KPIs, website visits, conversion rates, ad ROI, reputation, returns, and SLAs. * Manage inventory and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and appropriate costs. * Coordinate with marketing, finance, production, and logistics departments. * Prepare performance reports and propose continuous improvements. **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience working with marketplace platforms; * Experience as a commercial supervisor; * Experience managing teams; * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, BI, ERP, marketplace tools); * Knowledge of paid advertising within marketplaces; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented. **BENEFITS**: Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Meal allowance R$260.00; Pharmacy benefit; TotalPass; Dental plan; and Qualification Program.
