




Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the efficient execution of all Personnel Department processes, guaranteeing compliance with labor legislation. Lead and develop the Personnel Department team Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the efficient execution of all Personnel Department processes, guaranteeing compliance with labor, social security, and collective agreement regulations. Manages the Personnel Department team, ensuring the quality of administrative routines related to employees—from onboarding through offboarding. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate personnel administration routines: onboarding, termination, vacations, payroll, and statutory charges; * Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation and deduction application; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation (CLT), collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies; * Control and validate social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial, DCTFWeb, SEFIP, among others); * Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, medical assistance, etc.); * Monitor and advise on contractual termination procedures; * Manage electronic timekeeping systems and banked hours; * Coordinate internal and external audits related to the Personnel Department; * Provide support to internal departments and leadership on labor-related matters; * Prepare management reports and personnel performance indicators; * Ensure system and information updates in eSocial; * Lead, develop, and evaluate the Personnel Department team. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in the Personnel Department, including leadership roles; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Experience with payroll systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Familiarity with eSocial, DCTFWeb, and other ancillary obligations.
