Dynamic and globalized work environment **Position: Injection Molding Machine Operator** **Location:** Americana – SP **Employment Type:** On-site \| CLT **Salary:** To be discussed **Job Description:** YAPP Brasil, a multinational in the automotive sector, is seeking an Injection Molding Machine Operator interested in developing expertise in blow molding to work at its Americana/SP facility. This professional will be trained to monitor, control, and optimize process parameters, ensuring productive stability, final product quality, and operational efficiency. They will also directly contribute to developing new processes and introducing new products, facilitating an efficient transition from the development phase to mass production. **Responsibilities:** * Perform machine setup and mold changes * Adjust injection and blow molding parameters according to technical specifications * Monitor production startup and part release * Optimize processes to reduce waste and improve cycle time * Identify and correct issues in the production process * Ensure organization and cleanliness (6S) * Comply with safety regulations (applicable NRs) * Follow work instructions * Participate in developing and implementing new production processes based on new product projects * Adapt new products to existing processes * Create and maintain parameter sheets, work instructions, and other technical process documentation * Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering departments on continuous process improvement **Mandatory Technical Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Industrial Processes, Plastics, Maintenance, or related fields * Technical knowledge of plastic extrusion, injection, and blow molding * Experience with injection molding machines and machine parameterization * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams * Experience using measurement and maintenance tools (multimeter, caliper, etc.) * Skill in diagnosing failures and solving technical problems * Knowledge of quality tools and best practices for technical documentation * Strong communication skills, proactivity, organization, and teamwork * Familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures * Basic English for reading and writing **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Medical and dental assistance * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Career development plan and continuous learning opportunities We seek a proactive professional, detail-oriented, well-organized, and communicative, with the ability to manage deadlines and interact effectively across multiple departments.
