Focused on excellence and innovation, it consistently strives to meet market needs. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to employees for software and hardware installation and configuration, as well as patch updates on servers and computers. Maintain up-to-date software and hardware inventory for the environment. Open and track internal and external technical incidents, provide support for internet links and VPN. Perform backups and recovery testing, and configure intranet. Monitor servers, create users in Active Directory and email servers. Keep infrastructure documentation updated and accurate. Perform tasks relevant to Support Analyst routines. On-site work in Limeira / SP.
