Providing technical team support and serving as a reference for operational matters We are looking for an **Implementation and Support Analyst** to work on the implementation, configuration, and support of the company's commercialized systems, ensuring the best possible experience and customer adoption. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement, configure, and parameterize systems with clients; * Conduct user training sessions, clarify doubts, and ensure proper use of solutions; * Prepare reports on executed activities and monitor performance indicators; * Engage consultatively with clients to propose process improvements and optimal system usage; * Support the technical team and serve as a reference for operational matters; **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Valid driver's license and availability for travel; * Basic technical support knowledge; * Fundamental knowledge of web systems and databases; * Understanding of system logic; * Familiarity with ticketing tools (help desk).
