Serve as the focal point between business units and technology Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Prior experience in coordinating or leading projects; * Technical knowledge in the technology field, with hands-on experience in digital platforms or corporate systems; * Practical experience with agile methodologies; * Experience in defining and managing product or digital platform roadmaps; * Experience in budget management and CAPEX (desirable); * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE: * Leading the team responsible for managing and operating the digital platform, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment with continuous people development; * Defining and prioritizing the platform improvement roadmap, aligning business needs, customer experience, and technical feasibility; * Serving as the focal point among business units, technology, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and expectation alignment; * Managing the CAPEX related to the platform, including planning, budget tracking, and investment prioritization; * Ensuring application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) in demand planning and execution; * Monitoring platform performance metrics and proposing continuous improvements; * Ensuring delivery quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with technology best practices and governance; * Supporting identification of risks, dependencies, and innovation opportunities. 2512250202491935218
