Job Summary: Support the continuous improvement area in logistics by identifying, monitoring, and implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and driving Lean culture. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, monitor, and implement continuous improvement best practices, and support teams in evaluating the value generation of identified opportunities. * Contribute to the development and execution of continuous improvement plans for projects, achieving and maintaining project targets. * Provide direct updates to senior teams on project objectives, performance metrics, issues, and risks. * Conduct organizational readiness assessments, value realization analyses, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluations, and execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with business requirements. * Analyze and optimize process flows to achieve more efficient processes and improved operational performance. * Drive Lean culture across the company through practical application of Lean tools and internal communication initiatives for employee education and awareness. * Utilize advanced analytical tools to identify, examine, and resolve complex problems, transforming data into actionable insights for process improvement. * Identify innovation and technology opportunities for logistics operations; Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Quality Management, or Continuous Improvement; Relevant experience in the role.
